CONVENTION CENTRE
The convention centre complex covers 1,000 hectares and is close to the Rome Fiumicino motorway junction on the Grande Raccordo Anulare. Its proximity to Rome's airport and city centre makes it the perfect venue for your convention, whatever the size. Covering 3,000 square meters, the main convention centre is incredibly well organised and is fitted with the most advanced technology. A team of experts are on hand to help you organise and plan every last detail.
The convention centre has a 400-seat auditorium and soundproofed 200-seat conference hall. There is also a pressroom, two backup halls, a bar, foyer, accreditation area and cloakrooms. Secretarial services, PCs, photocopiers and fax machines are also available. The centre's control and audio-visual recording rooms offer simultaneous interpreting booths, TV and cinema projection, hi-fi audio and videoconference links. The foyer is equipped with a large, fully stocked bar - perfect for coffee breaks and buffet lunches. If you have a special event planned, we can provide a 400-seat banquet hall.
A shuttle bus runs between the centre and the airport. We also provide connections to Rome's city centre, if required. Participants driving themselves to the convention can park in the large car park.
