CODE OF CONDUCT AND MODEL 231
Alitalia – Compagnia Aerea Italiana, together with its subsidiaries, has developed its own Model of Organization, Management and Control, pursuant to Decree No 231, 08 June 2001 and its own Code of Conduct.
The Alitalia Code of Conduct identifies the general rules of conduct to be observed by its administrators and its employees with the intent of ensuring the proper functioning of all aspects of the management in terms of social responsibility and environmental ethics.
The Model 231 adopted by Alitalia is aimed at governing all stages of decision-making and operation of the business, based on legality, transparency, fairness and respect of rules.
